What unites us: More sustainability through advanced technologies.

We want to shape, drive change and create something new - to take responsibility and let action speak for itself. To this end, we are constantly developing and integrating the latest technologies and innovative methods for design and production. And above all, we never lose sight of one thing: the people at the centre of all our endeavours 
 

What we do: 

We assume economic, ecological and social responsibility and want to achieve even more together. And how? In any case, fairly, transparently, openly, in a spirit of partnership and with respect for our fellow human beings and natural resources.
 

Ecological responsibility

We see it as our responsibility to tackle climate change with action, and for over 40 years we have been committed to climate protection with effective reduction measures - from our company building with its green roof to our vehicle fleet, which is gradually being converted to e-mobility. Our goal: hema will be climate-neutral by 2030. 

Social responsibility

We take responsibility for all our fellow human beings - and especially for our employees, partners and customers. This is expressed in our economic and social behaviour. One example of this is our working conditions. Here, too, the focus is on people.
 

What gives us orientation: The Code of Ethics.

Our eight values of the Code of Ethics are deeply rooted in our attitude and formulate a high standard for our thoughts and actions. They characterise us as a family business and provide all colleagues at hema with guidance on how to deal with each other and overcome challenges.
