Onboarding: Your start at hema
Your first days
On your first day, we will start with a tour of the company and introduce you to all your colleagues. After an initial discussion with your supervisor, your team will introduce you to our intranet, our IT system, our processes and the QM system. You will get a first insight into the daily work routine and can ask all the questions that are on your mind.
in the second week
In the second week, you will learn about hema's corporate strategy as well as our products and services. In order to get the best possible insight into the other departments, you are invited to visit each department for half a day and shadow your colleagues.
Beyond the first days
Your training takes place according to a personalized plan. We do everything we can to ensure that you get up to speed quickly. To make sure this happens, your supervisor will hold regular review conversations with you.
